Prices for 2011

Rider Entry                       - $995  ($895 if paid in full before 31st October 2010) Volunteer/Driver Entry    - $350
Closing date for all registrations is 20th January 2011. A late entry fee of $100 applies thereafter. Entries will be limited to 180 riders this year so don't miss out. Make sure you complete all fields on the forms and then send back to us at the address given on the form. You will be sent confirmation that we have received your payment.

Volunteers
A Team of Volunteers will be selected this year by the committee for the 2011 ride. Additional volunteers are more than welcome to join the team, but will have to pay the volunteer fee.

Horse Trucks and Floats
All vehicles will need to be registered if they are to be moved from camp to camp. Otherwise they will be left at the base camp and moved to the end camp during the week by the GNZTR or the owner.

If you do not pay for a volunteer driver, a shuttle service will take you back to the previous campsite after your ride so you can pick up your vehicle. If you pay for a volunteer driver, that person will drive your vehicle to the next camp ready for when you ride in. Note: you must supply the driver, not the GNZTR.

Self Driver (Shuttle Service) - $75
Volunteer Driver Fee - $350

Please remember to register your vehicle as well as yourself if you intend to bring it along with you on the trek.

IMPORTANT!! Any vehicle that you let other people drive (volunteers or other riders) must be fully insured for them to do so. If your vehicle is only insured for you to drive then please make all necessary steps to prevent anyone being able to drive your vehicle, i.e. remove the keys at all times. 

Part Week Rider Fees
GNZTR will deduct $50 per day that the rider is not there.
